VR in the Classroom: Collaborating With Classrooms all Over the World

I recently came across a new technology created by Google known as Google Expeditions. According to the service’s website Google Expeditions allows for students to experience AR and VR technologies in the classroom. This can enable students to experiences places and things from all over the world without leaving their classroom. Students can experience some of the worlds greatest landmark and places through this service. The service also allows for greater collaboration in the classroom. For example two teachers from across the world can use the technology to collaborate on a project. They can go on virtual field trips and compare there experiences in a country that is different from their own. As VR technology gets more advanced the possibilities to use it in the classroom are endless. I truly believe that VR will change our education systems!
