Through Stockton’s GSDLC virtual field trip service I was able to travel to the country of Pakistan. I was able to see all different types of places and unique architecture. The place I “visited” that stood out the most to me was Ratti Gali lake, located in Kashmir Pakistan. The lake was surrounded by lush vegetation, and the water was clear and blue. You can even see snow in the distance. I found this service that Stockton is offering to be very cool. It enables people to travel from the comfort of their homes. I can only imagine services like this will become even more life-like as VR technologies become more advanced. I am looking forward to go on more virtual field trips, and I am interested to see how this technology is further developed.
