Inclusion and diversity are important elements in the classroom, these elements should be introduced to the littlest learners to inform and educate on the importance of education and support for ALL learners. The We Learning Center has many resources to help teachers implement the issues of inclusion and diversity.

As a future teacher in my classroom some of the ways I will use the WE teachers resources are:

• Promoting positive attitudes through various Art lessons encouraging student creativity (Self-portrait art stations and re-creating art masterpieces of different cultures)
• Celebrate and explore every Holiday
• Explore all cultures and backgrounds
• Diversified groups and group projects
