The Immersive Reader tool can help students independently explore the process of writing sentences and sounding out words. This tool works across Microsoft platforms and provides students with the ability to also translate the documents or readings to other languages. I always found it especially difficult to break down sentences by parts of speech and this tool would have helped me explore that in any reading, not just what was assigned to me. This tool helps students apply the basic reading ideas (syllables and parts of speech) in any setting no matter what. As a teacher I cannot wait to use this tool in my future classroom!
