With Microsoft Teams, teachers can provide personalized individual learning, teacher led and small group instruction, collaborative work, and individual work with fast feedback. This is a good way to really be able to connect with students and an easy way to get in touch with them as well as their levels and personalizing work for them to complete at their own level. Microsoft Teams is an amazing tool that teachers and students can use to their advantage in schools. Although we cannot always be face to face with students, we have the technology to connect with them on another level.
