After earning a master of arts in higher education, I also became a leader in Career Services and Placement for several organizations and presently work full-time as the Eastern Region Technician Recruiter for The Retail Performance Company, a coaching/training/HR Services firm owned by BMW Group. I have refined the job search process for students and professionals and helped hundreds of people develop their professional presence in order to find meaningful work. In addition, I executive produce and host a TV Talk show for WMCN TV in the Philadelphia market called EMBRACE LIFE with Renai; and have served as a TV host on television networks such as PBS, QVC, HGTV, My PHL 17, and TBN.
