Please see below for the following updates and Important Announcements from Stockton University & the Office of Financial Aid as of Thursday, March 19, 2020.
Stockton University
Stockton University is suspending all face-to-face instruction and moving all classes and final exams online through the end of the semester. The spring term resumes Wednesday, March 25, in this virtual format.
Additionally, with limited exceptions, students who reside on campus will be asked to move out of residence halls and return home for the remainder of the semester. Affected students will receive an email from the Office of Residential Life March 23 with specific details; students should NOT come to campus to retrieve their belongings until they have an appointment in order to support social distancing measures.
The University is developing a plan to address the financial investment by affected students for spring housing and dining plans. Due to the rapidly evolving nature of the current situation, we appreciate your patience as we work through these challenging circumstances. For the latest information, visit stockton.edu/covid.
How does this impact the Office of Financial Aid?
Due to Coronavirus prevention measures taken by the university, Financial Aid staff are currently working remotely.
As a result, email will be the best way to communicate with our office. We will continue to monitor email and respond accordingly. Please visit our website for answers to most questions or email us at finaid@stockton.edu.
Also Note:
All remaining FAFSA Friday sessions for the Spring 2020 semester have been cancelled; however, our office is still available to help. Please feel free to contact us at finaid@stockton.edu with any questions you may have and someone will work to respond as soon as possible.
Remember to file your 20-21 FAFSA by April 15! Anyone who misses this deadline will lose out on over $7500 of free money for the 20-21 academic year, if eligible.
