Andy Pepper was one of the 2 original founders of the Lake Fred Folk Society. He and Tom Ayers started the group when they first came on campus in 1972. Andy tells me that they produced the first 2 folk festivals. The program below, from Andy’s collection and used with permission, is from the 2nd fair.
We are looking for any and all memories of the Fair. During one of the fairs an evening event was held in one of the cabins for the folk festival performers – a dinner as Andy remembers it. We would love to know more.
