Student Collaboration Activity


It is important to educate your students on various collaboration skills as they will need them in the future. Ice-breaker activities are a perfect opportunity for the class to get to know one another. This will improve their group work, and social skills as well as create friendships.

Design your own virtual locker

@FHSComputing on Twitter as many collaboration tips and tricks within your classroom. One activity that is highly recommended is to design your own personal locker. This ice-breaker is typically used to build in time to talk to each other about personal interests, hobbies, and feelings.

Students have the opportunity to use whatever learning tool/software they are most comfortable with to complete this activity. An alternative for this activity can include pen & paper or a virtual report stating your interests.
