Reading the chapter I found that educators are able to bring skype into the classroom and bring their students to multiple stops all around the world. It gives the students a chance to talk to other students and educators from all around the world and learn from their experiences and perspectives. So students will be able to learn virtual lessons from other educators while being able to create projects with other students from students from all over. It teaches students how to e empathetic, patient, and kind. It also allows for collaboration between teachers helping them bounce ideas off each other, help each other borrow or create lesson plans, and help see from multiple perspectives. It’s gives students the opportunity to connect and help each other with questions, work, projects, or even collaborations. Students and teachers get to see new sides fo the world first hand and get first hand tour guides as students and teachers. It allows for teachers and students alike to create connections all around the world and create new communities.
