The video is a great example of educational collaboration and how schools are now collaboration in the classroom with he power of two educators. Many advantages are to be seen in this scenario from the simplest fact of two sets of eyes and ears. The ability to have someone joining you allows for a dual instruction giving chances to address and speak about issues that someone else has seen are is seeing. There is also their advantage of diversifying the staff making a more relatable teachers covering a larger ranger of students similarities. As with anything good it does have some areas that are important to pay attention to in regards to lesson plan and that is organization. A foundation of good organization is always a must in the classroom but with the collaborated teaching strategy this is even more so. Staying on the same task as one another can be the difference between failure ands success. I am curious to sere where this will be implemented in the future as it success or failures become more apparent.
