Key to Blended Learning

By Adalie Clothier

Blended Learning involves different learning styles and ways to retain and whole-heartedly understand content. When going through school, there were often times when I would get stuck on something and would be too afraid to speak up and ask for help. Working in small groups or with a partner, I would be able to see their thought process regarding the work, which sometimes would be different than what the teacher taught, and allowed me to understand better.

Collaboration is key, not even just in the classroom, but in life as well. Working with others allows for several brains to be brought together, forming new ideas that other individuals may not have thought of on their own. Sharing ideas and knowledge with others provides ample opportunities for brilliance.
