After exploring each of the vast resources I discovered a topic that’s very important to me and has an affect on individuals and others. Mental health is a topic that has been becoming talked about more and more in the last upcoming years because the importance of it is being recognized.

This mental health lesson demonstrates the important of mental health and how it can affect the classroom and yourself. This is recommended for all grades and discusses how students are some of the most at risk of suffering. It’s also mentioned what communities are more likely to struggle with depression and suicide. Overall, it is an incredibly important topic that should be introduced.
