Hyperdocs- Using them to teach

Hyperdocs are interactive ways to get students involved in their learning. Hyperdocs are documents that have interactive links embedded in them to make the learning process more engaging. The documents can be presented as Google Maps, Slides, or just in a regular document.

At Hyperdocs.com there are templates and examples from other teachers to use in your classroom. I explored the hyperdocs that other teachers had shared and got to explore and see many ideas I may not have came up with on my own. There was one hyperdoc that caught my eye on a book that was being read in a high school english class. The teacher created several links and videos to the novel that the students could interact with through out the course of the novel. These links included a link to the book, a link to the audio book, chapter recaps, a reading journal, project choices, and a ton of other interactive links.

I think as a teacher, hyperdocs are a perfect way to get your students interested in the content you teach!
