From what I read it seems that teachers are coming together and working towards creating an environment where their students have every opportunity to create a better future for themselves. One of the tweets from Anica said that she had worked with the scientix community and the teachers involved with it. In the tweet, she said that with the help of this community she is facing the “responsibility of preparing her students for the future, as they are the ones who will change it for the better”. This got me thinking that a community of teachers working together could create future leaders within their students. Collaborating between teachers creates new opportunities for students with more diverse backgrounds.
